If your after a quality Air tank then these are for you.

During the manufacturing process not only are the end caps stamped, robot weld the seams, the die has been manufactured to extrude the cylinder section reducing the need for a seam down the length. 

Once the end fixtures are welded in, the caps are installed on the center section and jig welded, once the welding process is finished the tanks are shot balsted. Followed by heat treating the Aluminum to T6 grade. The tanks then go off to the Anodizing plant for coating.

This process ensures the tanks are produced to a consistent air tank which not only has a beautiful finish but is able to withstand pressures exceeding 480psi.

BOSS Tanks will not ever rust like steel tanks do.

 
The dimensions of this tank are H130mm x W95mm x L400mm with drain
 
It has the following port configuration:
2 x 3/8 NPT & 1 x 1/4 NPT

 

All tanks have adjustabvle mounting legs as pictured to allow you to rotate the outlet ports in relation to where you need to mount it.

 

The recommended working pressure for all our Alloy tanks is 170psi, with a maximum pressure of 160psi.

All Alloy Air tanks are lightweight T6 heat treated aluminum tanks. These quality tanks are produced with a extruded centre section and stamped ends to ensure a high quality product. Alloy tanks are rust free, ensuring they store clean air for trouble free valves and air actuated solenoids.Tanks are shot blasted with an anodized silver or optional chrome finish, these are listed separately.
